What is your return policy for tennis rackets?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets cannot be returned if the plastic wrap on the handle has been removed or if the racket has been played with.

Do you offer professional stringing services?

Yes, we offer custom stringing services. You can select your preferred string type and tension on the product page before adding the racket to your cart.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear ready for a match sooner.

Can I return tennis balls or shoes?

Tennis balls can only be returned if the pressurized can is unopened. Shoes must be returned in their original box and must not show any signs of wear on the court.
